How it Works

If qualified, selected, and hired by BAYADA, your student loan repayment benefit can be applied to your eligible loans, federal or private.

MATCH WITH BAYADA

After applying, if qualified and selected, you’ll receive an in-school commitment from BAYADA to repay up to $10,000 of your eligible education loan(s) over a specified period of future employment, per the terms of your repayment agreement.¹

SYNC YOUR LOANS

Once selected, you'll either sync your eligible federal or private education loans.

RECEIVE WRAP-AROUND SUPPORT

While in school, you’ll receive monthly 1-on-1 coaching calls and access to other support forums.

LAUNCH YOUR CAREER

After graduation and upon licensure, you’ll transition to BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program, subject to the terms of your employment agreement. Once officially a Nurse Resident, BAYADA will begin making payments to your eligible, synced student loan(s) per the terms of your loan repayment agreement.¹

How to Apply

To apply to BAYADA’s Advance Through Nursing Loan Repayment Program, you will need to complete the following:

  • Interest Form
  • Screening Call
  • Information Session

Program selection is not guaranteed and is not determined by Clasp. You must complete each of the above requirements and be formally selected into the program by the employer.

If selected, you will receive information on how to sync your eligible student loan(s) for repayment.

¹ If qualified, selected, and employed by BAYADA for 2 years of employment, BAYADA will pay back up to $10,000 toward your eligible, synced student loans in installments via the Clasp platform. The $5,000 scholarship is paid in incremental payments from program enrollment through school graduation. Payment amounts can vary depending on the length of time left in school.

In case of voluntary employment termination or termination with cause, failure to meet the terms of your loan repayment agreement, or in the event you choose to leave the program at any time, you are responsible to pay any remaining outstanding amount. You are personally responsible for the financial obligations under your loan agreement(s). Any agreement between you and your employer sponsor is entirely separate from your loan obligation(s) and will not in any way offset your obligations to your lender unless payments are made by you or any other party on your behalf.

² You may be subject to income tax for some or all of the loan payments made by BAYADA on your behalf. You should consult with a tax professional if you have any questions regarding tax consequences of the BAYADA's Advance Through Nursing Loan Repayment Program.
