Do I need a big social following?
Nope — there's no minimum follower count. We care about authenticity and your presence on campus, not your metrics. Posting a couple times a month in your own voice is all it takes.
How much time does it take?
About 2–4 flexible hours per week, fully self-managed. No office hours, no set shifts — it's designed to fit around classes, labs, clinicals, and rotations.
How does getting paid work?
- Referrals: earn cash for every verified classmate application through your personal link — your rate climbs the more you refer each semester
- Milestone bonuses: extra cash on top when you hit semester referral milestones
- Challenges: earn points in the app to redeem for gift cards and exclusive Clasp swag
- Payouts: paid monthly, tracked automatically in your ambassador app*
